Michelle Naiser's uniquely varied background makes her a sought after thought partner and change management collaborator/consultant/coach to individuals, teams and leaders in a variety of functional areas and levels found in large organizations. She is a seasoned, consummate professional who brings gifts of compassion, intelligence, intuition and wit to each encounter.
Michelle brings more than 25 years of senior staff consulting in organization development, IT, finance, and human resources management with a Fortune 500 mfg. and marketing firm, a major health insurer and state government. As Director of Organizational Development (OD) for Brown-Forman Corporation, Michelle was responsible for performance management, coaching, mentoring, career management training and a wide array of OD interventions including facilitation, training, teambuilding, behavioral assessments, and strategy and ideation workshops. She received an MBA and an MS in Leadership and Organizational Development from the University of Louisville, and is an alumnus of the Darden Executive Partnership Program and Center for Creative Leadership's Strategic Leadership Program.
