Point C's development programs are highly interactive, experiential and collaborative, enabling leaders to develop their own paths to increased effectiveness and purpose.

Studies have shown that only 10% of learning comes from formal training, while 20% comes from feedback and observation and 70% comes from real experience. Experiential training and on the job experience combined with coaching provides an opportunity for nearly 100% integration and application of requisite knowledge, skills and behaviors.
Leaders can determine how to best apply learning to their work, reflect on related experiences and observations, determine how to sustain and grow learned skills, and have accountability to their coach to take steps that will enhance and build on learning.
