KATIE MUNICH GAUGHAN
Katie Munich Gaughan, founder and primary coach at POINTB, has a strong track record of success in leading, developing and empowering individuals to new levels of productivity and performance. This success has been achieved over 12 years in corporate environments and three years in consulting prior to becoming a corporate coach.
In her corporate work, Katie held a variety of management and executive
positions focused in marketing, business development and account management.
In these roles, Katie has successfully led cross-functional groups toward
shared objectives, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, customer
service, finance, logistics and sales professionals. The companies for which she
has worked have ranged from start-up to multi-billion dollar global corporations.
Katie is also very familiar with the excitement and challenge of starting a new business, as she co-founded a successful marketing consulting firm prior to establishing POINTB.
This experience, combined with her passion for helping people to grow and

In addition to earning a Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State University, Katie has taken graduate level courses at Kellogg School of Management. She has also received extensive coaching training through Corporate Coach University and The Coaches Training Institute, and continues to expand her skills through continuing education and experience.
Katie is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Worldwide
Association of Business Coaches. She is committed to the high standards and
ethics established by these organizations.
