EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
POINTB workshop participants expand their understanding of themselves and some common workplace challenges to develop their own path to increased effectiveness and purpose. Workshop length can range from one hour to two days. MENTORING
Time and resources are often in short supply for today’s business leaders. This makes it difficult to give managers with growing responsibilities the guidance they need to perform and succeed. Mentoring by POINTB can bridge the gap, providing strategic and tactical advice as well as helping to examine and improve work habits, planning and communication.
MEETING FACILITATION
A POINTB facilitator offers an outside, objective viewpoint and specialized communication skills to bring out the best in groups. Effective facilitation ensures that all participants are heard, that ideas are explored collaboratively, and that agreements are made with majority buy-in. ASSESSMENTS
POINTB offers a variety of assessment and survey instruments specifically designed to support individuals and teams in examining leadership practices, communication styles, behaviors, time management skills, etc. and applying learning for increased effectiveness. Depending on the situation and need, either 360-degree or self assessments may be utilized to enhance coaching efforts.
